Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Terms & Conditions: these general terms of use.
- Provider: the company applying these terms when entering into and performing an agreement with a Customer.
- Customer: any natural or legal person entering into an agreement with the Provider.
- Consumer: a Customer acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
- Service: the service offered via the Provider’s website (www.duitsemilieusticker.nl).
- Costs: the total amount (including VAT) owed by the Customer for the Service.
- Agreement: the contract under which the Customer orders an environmental sticker for Germany. If the vehicle qualifies, the Customer receives a green sticker granting access to German environmental zones.
- Sticker (Vignette): the physical proof sent by post that allows access to German Umweltzones for the specified vehicle.
- Cooling-off period: the legal period during which a Consumer can withdraw from the Agreement.
- Withdrawal: the Consumer’s written decision to cancel the Agreement within the cooling-off period.
- Day: a calendar day.
- Privacy Policy: the Provider’s policy as published on the website, compliant with the GDPR.

Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer by the Provider and every Agreement concluded with a Customer.
Before completing the Agreement, the text of these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the Customer in a way that allows easy storage and reference.
If this is not reasonably possible, the Provider will indicate where the terms can be viewed electronically and send a free copy upon request.
These Terms also apply to Consumers as defined by Dutch Civil Code article 6:230g BW.
The Agreement
The Agreement is established once the Customer accepts the offer and meets its conditions.
When acceptance occurs electronically, the Provider immediately confirms receipt via email and ensures secure data transmission and payment processing.
At the latest upon delivery, the Customer will receive:
- The Provider’s business address;
- Information about the right of withdrawal;
- Details about warranty and customer service;
- The total price (including taxes), delivery costs, and payment method;
- The withdrawal form.
Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason.
The cooling-off period begins the day after the Agreement is made.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer must notify the Provider of withdrawal within the cooling-off period using the model form or a clear written statement.
The Consumer is responsible for correct and timely submission.
If the Service has started during the cooling-off period and the Consumer withdraws afterward, the Customer owes a proportional amount for the part already completed.
No costs are due if:
- The Provider did not supply information about the withdrawal right; or
- The Customer did not explicitly consent to starting the service during the cooling-off period.
Obligations of the Provider upon Withdrawal
The Provider will confirm receipt of withdrawal electronically and refund all payments (including delivery costs) within 14 days after notification.
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed and are always free of charge.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- The Service has been fully performed;
- The Customer gave explicit prior consent to begin the Service; and
- The Customer acknowledged waiving the right of withdrawal once the Service was completed.
Price
The listed price includes the environmental sticker, verification, and handling fees for direct availability.
All prices include VAT.
Performance of the Agreement
The Provider guarantees that the Service complies with the Agreement and the stated specifications.
Delivery and Execution
The Provider exercises utmost care in processing orders and executing the Service. Delivery occurs at the address specified by the Customer.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made at the time of ordering.
The Customer must immediately report any errors in payment details.
Complaints
The Provider maintains a clearly communicated complaints procedure.
Complaints must be submitted promptly, clearly described, and in writing.
The Provider will respond within 14 days. If more time is required, the Customer will be informed of the expected response period.
Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and all related Agreements are governed by Dutch law.
If the Consumer resides in another EU country, the Provider respects the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country.
